Local Church news

Presbyterian Church - Cloughey Presbyterian Church is located on Main Road Cloughey at the North end of the village towards Portavogie, opposite entrance to Council Cemetery. Services are held each Sunday at 12 noon. Indoor bowls is provided every Monday evening from 7.30pm in the newly opened Bailie Hall . A thriving Girls' Brigade Company meets on Thursday evenings (September - Easter) and it is hoped to commence a Youth Club in the Bailie Hall from September 2008.

Sunday 9 March at 7.30pm "The Passion and the Cross" A Service of Readings and Praise, with The NewQuay Singers, in Portaferry Presbyterian Church.

Friday 21 March at 7.30pm "Good Friday Service" Ballyphilip Church of Ireland

Sunday 23 March at 7.00am Dawn Service at The Warren, Cloughey, followed by breakfast in The Bailie Hall, Cloughey Presbyterian Church.
