Useful tip - Set your mobile for emergencies.  Put in the number of your next of kin under the title ICE on your mobile phone.  Paramedics and emergency staff are trained to look for this if they need to contact someone after an accident and you are unconcious.  ICE stands for In Case of Emergency.
