A FEW DAYS AGO I TOOK THIS PICTURE AT THE REMEMBRANCE GARDEN . NATURE SEEMED TO BE REMEMBERING EVEN THOUGH WE ARE NOT ABLE TO DO SO.
THE PICTURE BELOW WAS TAKEN AT THE ENTERANCE TO THE SOMME GARDEN.

Alistair Dunn posted on the Cloughey and District Community Facebook page
where he came upon a large deposit of rubbish left over from a beach party.
He subsequently cleared the litter but pointed out that the beach is having an
influx of visitors and this may be a reoccurring problem.
Anyone wishing to do a similar service are welcome to contact the Facebook
page and arrangements can be made to supply litter pickers and bags.
It is up to us all to look after our village.
Check out the Facebook page for details.
Keep Safe !!!!!
